Question:

My vehicle has been lifted 1.5 inches in the rear, Do you have spacers for this item so that the requirement for 1.5 to .5 inches of clearance can be maintained between the axel and the device?

The Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops # TABSTORSEQ referenced in your question are confirmed to fit your 2016 Toyota 4Runner. As you mentioned, you should have 1/2 inch to 1-1/2 inch gap between the rubber spring and contact point when the vehicle is empty. The closer to around 1 inch, the better.

In order to maintain that gap with the 1-1/2 inch lift you have on your 4Runner, you can simply add a Timbren Spacer like the 1/2 inch # TA25722-90P00 or the 1 inch # A25723-90AH00 to close that gap. Simply use whichever size (or however many) you need to get to that ideal 1 inch measurement between the spring and contact point when empty.
