Question:
I just purchased a used 2007 Sundowner Sunlite 727 three horse trailer and would like to know if you can help me identify what brakes I have. I have 16 inch wheels, tandem dexter axles, gvw is 15210 lbs. I would like to do a brake job on it.

Expert Reply:
Though we do not have specific parts lists for certain trailers, to determine the brake assemblies that will fit your 2007 Sundowner, you need to know your axle's weight capacity, the size of your wheels, your mounting flange bolt pattern and the inside diameter and depth of your hub. I've added a link to our page with our selection of brakes for you to take a look at as well as a help article on adding electric brakes. If you get back to me with this information I would be able to tell you what you'll need.
