Question:

I purchased a Swagman G10 platform bike rack which I LOVE!!! . I find, though, that there is some looseness between the car receiver and the bike rack . Is there some sort of spacer that can be added to eliminate the space? Thanks for checking

Glad to hear that you are happy with the Swagman G10!

The G10 does come with a threaded hitch pin that should be reducing the rattle/play between your bike rack and the trailer hitch receiver. If something doesn't seem right the Receiver Insert # P313 may need to be replaced due to damage.

We do have some other products that do help to eliminate movement between hitch mount products and the hitch receiver. The most effective product that we have to accomplish this is the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch. This comes in a size for a 1-1/4" receiver, part # RM-061-125, as well as a 2" receiver, part # RM-061, depending on what you have. The only requirement to use these is that your hitch receiver has a collar.
