Does this particular bike rack come with the locking mechanism already installed? or do you have to invest in the one key Thule locks?

Although the Thule FastRide Roof Mounted Bike Rack, part # TH95JV is configured to accept one of the Thule lock cores, they are not included with the rack.

The smallest available number of the lock cores are 2, part # TH450200. If you have other Thule equipment, you can also obtain quantities of 4 cores, # TH450400, 6 cores, # TH450600, or 8 cores, # TH450800, so the locks all match.
