Need Pin And Clip For Top Of The Thule Parkway 2 Bike Rack

Question:
I owned a Thule Parkway 2 Bike Rack purchased many years ago. I should have kept it. It had a quick connect pin on the top to fold down the rack as well as on the bottom. The new Thule Parkway is missing the quick connect on the top. A picture of the Thule No Sway Cage Bike Stabilizer shows the quick connect pin mounted on a Thule Parkway, but the new one is missing the pin. Is this now an option?
