Defining Travel on Electric Ground Control Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System

Question:
Does this mean it can only extend 12? Or does this mean it can lift the TT up to 12? And is there a kit like this without the tongue jack?

In regards to the amount of travel that the rear jacks of the Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System # LC672136 offer, 12 inches is the amount each jack can extend to offer to level your trailer. The jacks are not going to lift the trailer, they will stabilize and level it and the distance from where the jacks are mounted under your trailer to the ground cannot be more than 12 inches.
As far as your second question there is not a kit similar to this one that does not have the tongue jack; this is a 5-point leveling system and that jack is an integral part of the system to get your travel trailer level.
