Unfortunately I can't get you a bearing kit based off of VIN number, but there is a way for you to easily determine the proper bearings needed. You simply need to pull one hub off your trailer and look at the face of the inner and outer bearing as well as the seal. There will be a number imprinted on each one. That will help us get you the correct replacement.
If you are not able to read the imprinted number, then some measurements can be taken to ensure fit. You will need to use a caliper like # PTW80157 to take measurements where the inner bearing, outer bearing, and seal rest on the spindle. I've attached an article to further assist as well as a photo to help.
