My Edge has the push button open and close with one big arm on driver side. Need better instructions on removal of arm, so i can take off the side panel to access to install the add on e trailer wiring C56120.

I am not sure what you are referring to as the arm but the side panels in the trunk of your 2013 Ford Edge are held in place with plastic push rivets. What you will want to do to remove them is pry up the center section with a trim panel tool like part # ALL648544 and then pull the rest of the rivet out. If you take a look at the attached install video, this will show you all of the necessary steps needed to install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56120.
