The switch is rated at 12 volts. Will it operate properly at 25 volts?

Pollak Heavy-Duty Toggle Switch # PK34212 is actually rated for 12 to 24 volt systems. If 25 volts is the peak for your application then it will likely work. If the constant voltage is 25 volts or higher than I would not recommend it.
