Can this box be mounted upside down and still be watertight?

Since the C-channel and bulb seal go around the whole opening of the DeeZee Specialty Series Underbody Toolbox # DZ75 you can mount it so that you have to lift the lid and it will still be watertight.
I have attached a review video for you to check out as well as a close-up photo of the seal for you to check out.
