For your 2015 Toyota Tacoma 4WD, I recommend the SnowBear Personal Snowplow for 2" Hitches # SB324-080 for the easiest install. You are correct that the Draw-Tite Front Mount Hitch # 65070 will allow you to retain the skid shield and will work well for your truck and this plow.

We don't carry Meyer snow plows, so I can't give you a complete comparison but I know they are also good home snow plows. What I like about the SnowBear # SB324-080 is the location and function. It sits close enough to your truck to minimize the strain on your hitch, plow, and truck frame. The in-cab switch with wireless remote give you options for raising and lowering the plow. It gives you 5 angles to choose from. This is one of the biggest issues with most plows is digging up your grass edges or damaging aggregate stone driveways.
