I have exactly what you will need to keep your bike, bike carrier, and roof rack safe/secure. In order to secure the bike to the carrier and carrier to the rack, I recommend using the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders part # TH450200. If you would also like to lock the crossbars to the vehicle and have all the locks match for the bike, bike carrier, and rack then you can use the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders part # TH450600. The bike carrier has 2 locks and the roof rack has 4 locks hence the total of 6 locks.
If you already have locks on your roof rack then please let me know what the locking core numbers are and I would be able to match the keys you have now to the bike carrier.
