could you please guide me how to modify the 2004 toyota sienna T connector wiring set to suit the 2009 toyota sienna.

There isn't any modification needed to wiring harness # C55580 because it fits both the 2004 and 2009 Toyota Sienna as-is. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation on a 2009 Sienna for you.
