Tip for Getting Last Bit of Movement Out of Hitch Bike Rack Anti-Rattle Device

Question:

I bought this rack a year ago and while I love it, I still have a lot of wobble in my 2inch receiver. I use the locking bar and turn the black handle in as far as I can. But I still have a lot of left:right wobble or shaking when I go over any bump. When I measure the end with the adapter, it is about 1/8 to 1/16th shy of 2 Is there any way to make this tighten up better? Thanks,

Which bike rack do you have? I am pretty sure it's a Kuat but I am not sure which specific one. One tip that helps a lot of people is to wiggle the hitch as much as you can while you are tightening down the anti-rattle bolt/device as this really helps to get the last bit of movement out of the hitch.
