Yes, the Saris Bones bike rack # SA801BL will fit your 2017 Mazda 3 hatchback with the spoiler but you will need to add and use Hatch Huggers # SA3035 in place of the side straps. Also the use of the Hatch Huggers reduces the bike rack capacity to 2 bikes.
What I recommend for 3 bikes is the Yakima FullBack # Y02633. I have included a link to a video review of this rack for you. It costs a little more but in my opinion it is a better rack compared to the Bones. The FullBack also includes locks for both the hitch and the bikes. If you want locks, they would have to be purchased separately for the Saris Bones.
