what size regulator and hose do I need to operate two 110,000 btu deep fryers in my food trailer? The hard piping on the ansul system is 1/2 inch?

What you will need is a 2-stage regulator, either the Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator # CAM59313 or the Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator # CAM59323. For hoses you will need a 3/8" MPT to attach to the regulators and since you mentioned 1/2" the 3' Propane Hose Assembly # 100383-36-MBS comes with a 1/2" female flare swivel on the other end. Hose Assembly # 100383-48-MBS is the same thing but 1' longer. Should you need a 3/8" female flare swivel the correct hose assembly is # 100040-48-MBS.
