Solution for Replacement Frame Cradle Strap for Rhode Gear Super Cycle Shuttle

Question:
I own a Rhode gear super cycle shuttle bike rack. Two of the four cradle straps are ripped between two of the holes. Id like to replace them. You have a four pack of rubber straps : length is 8inch and diameter of the hole is 1/2. My straps are 8inch long, but the diameter of the hole is 9/16. Mine our flat and yours are wavy. Can I use the Thule straps on my Rhodes rack?

The best option we have for replacement straps for your Rhode Gear bike rack is going to be the Replacement strap kit part # TH534 that you referenced. The hole diameter is 1/16 inch smaller than what you have but since these straps are rubber and stretchable that wouldn't be an issue.
