I also have been looking at the 13ft Malone Jon boat trailer. Is this also an option?

We have the CE Smith boat trailer part # CE48810 which is designed for small boats like your 12.5 foot Flycraft inflatable boat. I attached a picture that shows a similar boat loaded on this trailer as well.

Yes, the Malone MicroSport Jon Boat Trailer MPG461JB is another option for you to consider if you can find one since they have been discontinued. The bunk kit of this trailer can basically fit any hull design so it would be a great option we know would fit well. If you can't find it, then I still believe the CE Smith # CE48810 is a great option for you.
