The TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs such as the Front # TLC2219 and Rear # TLC3215 that fit a 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 Crew Cab without board or step underneath truck bed do come in pairs. They come with 2 tie-down inserts, frame brackets, and installation hardware; I've added links to video reviews of both products for you to take a look at.
