Question:
I was looking at Rhino Rack Y05-460 for my 2008 Chevy HHR Panel. Will this be suitable for this model?

Your 2008 Chevy HHR should have a set of rails on the roof that run from front to back. Which means we have the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA106B-2 and # RRSX100 as a confirmed fit, but the kit you mentioned is not a fit.
