Is there a model that tilts back to access the trunk and where the pan minus box tilt up to reduce length? That would be perfect. Boone hitch golf bag carrier. Do you still offer? Thanks.

All of the carriers like the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - 10 cu ft - 100 lbs # Y62VR that will swing away from your vehicle require a 2" hitch. The only hitches available for your Chrysler 200 are 1-1/4" receivers.
You could use a standard cargo carrier like the # C18110 on your 1-1/4" hitch to carry golf clubs or other cargo.
