Question:

I want to extend the side viewing range on 2017 Chevy Tahoe for towing a travel trailer. Which product will give me the most improved view of my trailer? Custom fit or Universal?

Expert Reply:

The widest viewing angle for a towing mirror comes from a door-mount mirror such as # 11650 and # 11650-2 (the same item in a set of two) which are universal-fit items.

We do offer one custom-fit towing mirror set for the 2017 Tahoe, provided that it does NOT have telescoping mirrors or mirrors with additional functions that are not flush with the mirror. Kit # KS80920 from K-Source will fit such mirrors but those extra functions will be lost.
