Question:
2017 Challenger 5.7 T/A edition with active exhaust and non Quad tip which one of theses hitches will give me the most clearance between the car and the road? It already sits 1 1/2 lower than a standard challenger due to the scat pak suspension it came with so i only have 8 inches between the road and the bumper now

We have had a chance to install the available trailer hitches for your Dodge Challenger on the 2018 model. Based on the measurements we took during those installs, the trailer hitch that is going to allow for the best ground clearance on your vehicle is the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13236. I also went out to our warehouse to take a quick measurement on this hitch from the mounting brackets down to the bottom portion of the receiver. I measured this distance to be 8-3/4 inches. I recommend taking this measurement down from where the hitch will mount to your Challenger's frame so that you can see exactly where the bottom of the hitch receiver will sit when installed on the vehicle.
This Class III hitch will use existing holes in your Dodge Challenger's frame for a no-drill installation and will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening that has a tongue weight capacity of 350 pounds. Please note that Curt does require that all non-trailer loads such as bike racks and cargo carriers be supported with a stabilizing strap like # 18050. I have attached a short video demonstration on this strap so you can see exactly how it is used.
I have also attached the installation video for this hitch on the 2018 Challenger that you can use for reference.
Since your vehicle does have low ground clearance, one thing that might be helpful once you have the hitch installed is the Roadmaster Rollaway Trailer Hitch Protector # RM-050. This item is designed specifically for cars like yours that sit close to the ground, especially with a hitch installed. This skid wheel will slide right over the hitch receiver and the wheel will prevent it from digging or dragging on pavement. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
