Can a Leaf Spring Axle be Replaced by a Timbren Axle-Less System?

Yes, you can replace a leaf-spring axle with a torsion axle on trailers. I would give you a recommendation but unfortunately we do not carry torsion axles. Just be sure you replace your current axle with one that has the same weight capacity.

You can replace your leaf spring axle with a Timbren Axle-Less System such as # ASR3500S04; in fact they were designed to do just that. Again, you are going to need to make sure you use a Timbren system with the same capacity as your current axle such as the aforementioned # ASR3500S04 which is a 3,500 lb capacity system.
