Unfortunately we do not have a hitch listed as a fit for your 2011 BMW 323i. In general, all of our products are designed for vehicles in the U.S.A. but it is highly unlikely that they are different than the Canadian models but again are not specifically designed.

The only trailer hitch receiver we have confirmed to fit a 2011 BMW 328i is the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 24857. The Draw-Tite Sportframe is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening. It also comes with a limited lifetime warranty. In order to keep the inside of the receiver tube from rusting, I recommend using the hitch cover part # 22281 when you are not using the hitch. Again, all of our products are designed for vehicles in the U.S.A. but I wouldn't think the frame would be different from the U.S.A. and Canada therefore, believe it will work for you.
