The only differences between the two Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 parts is fit. The # AL88211 is designed to fit your 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 only if it has an 8 foot bed; otherwise you would need # AL88204.
Apart from that they would be the same product for your Sierra. The LoadLifter 5000 offers, as the name suggests, up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity. They will be a great asset in terms of leveling your truck while also improving your truck's handling when hauling a load or towing. The system has an adjustable air pressure of 5 psi - 100 psi which can even be remotely adjusted via the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980.
I've added links to video reviews of these parts for you to take a look at as well.
