For your 2012 BMW 1 Series that has factory fixed mounting points on the roof we have the Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers # RRVA118B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK328 which is a confirmed fit and would work well.
The Rhino Rack roof racks are high quality racks that don't break the bank like some roof rack brands do so it's one of my favorite racks to recommend.
