If you need the complete 5th wheel installation kit for your 2001 Ford F-150 that includes the rails, you will need the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit, # RP50042-58. I have included a link to the installation details and a video showing a typical installation.
If you are just looking for the underbed brackets, you will need Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit, # RP50042. But, you will also need Replacement Hardware Kit, # 58164, to attach existing rails to the brackets if you have rails already but no hardware.
