The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 4-Bike Platform Rack # HR1400Z referenced in your question features a hitch pin hole diameter of 5/8 inches.

This particular bike rack does include a hitch pin lock to secure it to the vehicle, but just in case you do not have this, you can use the Hollywood Racks Hitch Lock # HRLHP2. For the hitch lock and cable lock kit, you can use # HRLHPC2.
