I have a similar option for you but they do not make a ladder rack and tonneau cover combination that works with one another on your 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Instead you will want to use the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover with Track System part # BAK39426 for 5' beds or part # BAK39427 for 6' beds and a track style set of crossbars like the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System w/ 2 Vortex Aero Crossbars part # Y02-490B.
The Rhino-Rack system has two aero shaped cross bars which will provide a sleek look and support capacity up to 220 lbs. The crossbars are also adjustable for varying load types. Unfortunately, due to the truck not having stake pockets your ladder rack options are scarce.
