We installed the CIPA towing mirrors part # CM11980 on a similar 2017 Nissan Titan as yours and we found they fit and worked well. We also installed the # 11953 on a 2017 Nissan Titan and they worked well too.

What is the best choice of universal clip on, slide on or strap on tow mirrors for a 2018 Nissan Titan V8 SV Crew Cab pickup. For some reason when it comes to the 2018 Titan I am finding that Universal or aftermarket equipment options are not available or do not fit. I have a pair of the door mounted but don't want to damage my window or seals. Thanks for any help!

For your Nissan Titan the best option is the K-Source # KS3990. I like the dual mirror design on this setup and I REALLY like the ratcheting straps that allow you to really create a snug fit over the factory mirrors. These will work great on your Titan.
