I spoke to my contact at Snap-Loc and they informed me that the Snap-Loc Loc-Ring for E-Track Tie-Down Anchors part # SLARI will indeed work with the Ford Box Tie-Downs you have in your 2017 Ford F-350.
I have attached a review video of the tie-down for you as well.
