I have a 1995 four winns trailer gears are striped or something on jack. was wondering what the exact size of weld on plate is? 190 horizon is model ever hear about this problem on this model?

The exact size of the weld-on plate included in the Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack, part # F1413060334 is 4-5/8 inches by 5-5/8 inches and a 1/2 inch thick. The bolt hole dimensions, center to center, are 3-3/8 inches and 4-1/2 inches. See the picture of the weld-on plate with the dimensions listed.

I have never heard of a problem on your 190 horizon model of trailer jack on a 1995 Four Winns trailer. I have heard that if a trailer jack gets overloaded it can cause the gears in the jack to get stripped.
