I do have some options for you to consider that might work for your situation.
I confirmed with the manufacturer that you could combine the Kenda Loadstar Trailer Tire, Item # AM10040, that matches your tire size with the Americana Solid center wheel, Item # AM20035.
The closest wheel and tire combo we have to your size that I recommend is the Kenda Karrier Radial Tire with 12 inch White Spoke Wheel, Item # AM35351DX. It has a 4 on 4 bolt pattern and overall diameter of 21.3 inches which is slightly larger than your current tires. It has a wheel capacity of 1,220-lbs at 65 psi with a maximum speed of 65 mph.
