Question:

Thanks for supporting and video BW 3670. Do you have any slider compatible with the BW 3670 and I don't need to jump in and out to unlock the slider? Please recommend.

For a trailer that weighs, 14,500 lbs I would strongly recommend a 3500 series truck. Even if the 2500 could technically tow it the 3500's higher rated suspension will make for a much better towing experience. Less sag and a smoother ride when towing. The ride quality will be a bit stiffer unloaded but that's not why you need the truck. I'd also recommend a long bed truck so that you have turning clearance without needing a slider hitch.

I'd also recommend a dually rear axle as that adds quite a bit more stability and in the event of a blow out you have a backup tire to rely on.

Some of the newer Ram trucks have factory fifth wheel rail kits like what the B and W Companion # BWRVK3600 is designed to fit. This hitch is regarded by many as the best hitch around and would be a great option.

Thanks for the update and support from Jameson C. Like you said and we are going to get 3500, but were love the mega cab with short bed and single rear wheel and will purchase the slide hicht from e trailer. You think that ok?

You should be fine. I'd make sure you get the rear end gear ratio of at least 3.73 since that ratio and higher (numerically) is where the higher towing capacities are at. The B and W Companion slider part # BWRVK3670 would be a great option for if you end up with a 2018 Ram 3500 short bed and the factory rail kit. This is a slider hitch to give you the needed turning clearance and it's a B and W Companion which means you'd be getting the nicest hitch on the market.

We have an automatic sliding hitch that would work for your 2018 Ram 3500, but it's not by B and W. For that you'd want the part # DM8550035 and then the Ram rail kit adapter # DM6099 to convert the rail kit of the truck to a rail design that is compatible with the Demco Hijacker.
