Neen to know if and or where is fuse for charging battery in dump trailer located - 2016 Ram 3500

There is not a fuse that will charge a battery in a dump trailer, you will need to use a battery charger to power the trailer's independent battery. I recommend using the CTEK 12-Volt Battery Charger # CTEK56353, which will both charge and maintain the charge in 12V batteries. If you simply wanted to maintain the charge on your battery you could run 10 gauge wire # 10-1-1 from the 12V pin on the 7-way of your 2016 Ram 3500 to the battery though this will not be enough for you to charge the battery.
