I am going to lift my 97 jayco eagle 12fk for more ground clearance, and am wanting go with a bigger tire. It currently has the 20.5-8/10 tires with the wheel centered rims. I need to know the diameter of a 12 inch and a 13 inch tire because I do not have a lot of clearance at the back edge of the step.

There are different sized tires that are going to fit on both 12 inch and 13 inch wheels so I will give you the diameters of those. For a tire that fits on a 12 inch wheel that is size 145/80-12 such as the Kenda Karrier # AM10130, it will have a diameter of 21.1 inches.
A 13 inch wheel is likely going to use a 175/80-13 sized tire like the Kenda # AM10210, and the diameter of that tire is going to be 24 inches.
