We do have a replacement hardware kit for you to install the Westin Platinum Series Oval Nerf Bars # 21-1680 on your 2002 Chevrolet Silverado, but the Kit # 21-235PK that you referenced is not the correct fit.
Instead you will want to go with the Replacement Hardware # 23-168PK. This fits a 1500, 2500, or 3500 that has an extended cab.
