Expert Reply:
RV hot-skin is a condition that causes the body of trailer to hold an electrical charge due to a fault in the ground on the shore line power outlet. The faulty ground at the shore line outlet will be detected by the Camco RV Power Defender Voltage Analyzer part # CAM55310 making it a very safe investment.
