Recommendation for TracRac Ladder Rack With Extension Carrying a Canoe Having Cab Contact

What can you do to gain height on your RacTrack. New F150 with super cab. even with the front extension by canoe is hitting the cabs roof?

The T-Rac Pro2 Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Over-the-Cab Extension # TH37002XT-EX has a height above the bed rails of 27-1/4 inches. There is not a height adjustment available for the TracRac systems.
Since you are having issues with your canoe hitting the cab, it sounds like you have too much weight to the front of the system or there is too much of a curve in the canoe, so you may want to start by adjusting the canoe's ride position so the weight is better supported. If you still have the issue, then I recommend the Malone Canoe Carrier with Tie-Downs - Foam Block Style - 6" Long - 1 Canoe # MPG156 which will need additional cuts for the larger bars but will give you additional height to raise your canoe above the bars even thought the bars are a set height.
