All of these items are shown on the page I linked for you. All you need to do is click on your color preference, clear in your case such as # LC234101, and then on the size that most closely matches your door's slider channel. Keep in mind that all of these can be trimmed down in size to provide a better fit.

Heavy-duty shears or tin sips like # PT79ZR will do the best job of trimming the slide without causing damage or leaving rough edges.
