The Camco Insulator w/ Sunshield Reflective Surface # CAM45192 referenced in your question features a removable fleece cover that can be cleaned by a simply vacuuming off any dirt or debris.
This 3 inch thick square of foam will fit into your 14 inch x 14 inch roof vent opening to improve your RV's heating and cooling efficiency. The reflective top surface will do a nice job of deflecting harsh UV rays. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
