The Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20524 you referenced is not rated for a maximum psi. That rating will be in response to the valve stem and tire you use. The tire you mentioned is a passenger tire noted by the P before the number and is not recommended for trailer wheels like this. If you are looking for a similar trailer tire in that size, I recommend the Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # TTWTRTM2257515D. This is a confirmed fit for that rim and has a load capacity of 2,540 lbs at 65 psi and speeds of up to 81 mph. The wheel capacity of 2,150 lbs will be your max capacity with this combination. I recommend valve stem # AM20904 for this application.
