Actually yes. The Sidewidner RV Sewer Hose Support System, part # CAM43031, is designed to fit hoses up to 3 inches in diameter. The Dominator RV sewer hose, like part # D04-0275 for the 10 foot version, is a 3 inch diameter hose.
