Will this work for my valterra hose? How big a hose will this work with?

The Camco Sidewinder RV Sewer Hose Support System # CAM43031 referenced in your question will work with any sewer hose that is up to 3 inches in diameter. As long as your hose falls under this dimension, this system will work great.
This is a really nice product that will cradle your RV's sewer hose up off the ground to prevent damage. The flexible support can be maneuvered around obstacles and the included handle will allow for easy transport. The system can extend to up to 10 feet in length and collapse down to 6 inches.
