The height of the Camco Sidewinder RV Sewer Hose Support System # CAM43031 is not adjustable. One end will be 9-3/4 inches tall and the other end will be 6-3/4 inches tall with the height gradually changing in between those heights. The system can extend from 6 inches to 10 feet long. The elevation protects the hose from damaging elements on the ground as well as ensures your sewer waste doesn't get backed up in the hose.
I've attached videos to assist.
