I would like to have the dimensions on this cover when it is pulled out as far as it will go.

When the Camco Lights Out Retractable Shade for RV Roof Vents # CAM42913 referenced in your question is fully is extended, it measures 19 inches long and 14-1/8 inches wide.
This pull-out shde will do a great job of blocking unwanted light from coming in through your RV roof vent. The lightweight vinyl shade can also retract back into the housing when you do want to let some light in. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
