Yes, the fittings on the RhinoEXTREME RV Sewer Hose # CAM39861 referenced in your question are indeed compatible with the fittings on the RhinoFLEX hoses such as the part # CAM39861. Both designs use the same fittings, so you will not have a problem at all.
