OUtside diameter of fitting? Needing to see if it will fit inside my bumper thanks.

The Camco RhinoFLEX RV Sewer Hose "Y" Fitting # CAM39812 referenced in your question features an outside fitting diameter of just under 4 inches. This fitting will store nicely in a standard 4 inch RV bumper.
