What Type of Hose does the Camco Garden Hose Connector Attach To

Will a standard hose for watering plants connect to this?

Actually, that's exactly what connects to it. The Camco Garden Hose Connector, part # CAM22484, connects to a standard garden hose on the threaded side and then any faucet on the other. The faucet side is designed to be placed over a faucet that isn't threaded or the threads are stripped so a hose can be used on it.
